The Regulator Too

Welcome to our strange and wonderful place!

Larry Sinclair Plays “Reporter/Chastiser” With ‘Occupy CPAC’ Group

on February 14, 2012

(Re-blogged from Sinclair Watch.)

Sinclair’s “News” site

So much for non-aggressive, fair and balanced reporting.  Larry Sinclair broke all the rules of professional interviewing and reporting.

From the onset, he tried to dominate the the ‘question and answer’ session with the Occupy folks.  He interrupted them (ala Bill O’Reilly) at least a dozen times (I lost count.)  If they said something he disagreed with they were chastised like little children.

One could tell that the purpose of Sinclair’s report was more for his blog audience than anything else.  In essence, fodder for the far right fanatics that frequent his blog.

At one point he tried to shift the topic to President Obama and mentioned something on the line of:  Obama is not being honest because he is living a double life.  He won’t admit to being gay. (paraphrased)

A couple of occupiers asked something similar to: “Are you saying President Obama is gay?”   Sinclair retorted back that he knew for a fact and then pulled back from saying anything further.  Perhaps from fear of dashing his hopes of ever being a credible journalist by mixing “his story” within the interview.

Whatever the case, I had to stop listening to him dominating the discussion while PRETENDING to be interviewing the occupiers.  It was just too loud and too painful to listen to.

I guess I’m the only one commenting on either blog. Oh well…it’s ok with me! 🙂

    Hi kstreet607 —
Having trouble keeping up. I didn’t realize this site was here but I’ve bookmarked it now so will check regularly.

As for Larry’s disability (from the other site), it’s definitely mental but don’t see why he couldn’t do some simple job like bagging groceries.

I was thinking the other day about those phony money orders Larry passed in Delaware(?). He claimed someone sent them to him from Laredo, TX. In court, Larry had to pay the motel owner the amount he owed them and then supposedly the charges were dropped. That just doesn’t sound right. Seems to me sending/receiving phony money orders interstate through the mail would violate several federal laws involving interstate commerce and mail fraud.

So what I was wondering is if Larry gave up the info on whoever sent them to him for a Get Out of Jail Free card.

I’m sorry for the confusion, Glix. I actually wrote about this place twice. I mentioned that I wanted to go back to having Sinclair Watch the way it was before…and use this place to discuss…whatever.

The confusion probably came when I was trying to implement the same rules as The M&N Show and The Regulator. That rule went something like this:

Not everyone who has gone after Sinclair is/was a Progressive or Democrat. A lot of folks were Libertarians, Republicans, Independents, etc. So making political statements from a Progressive or liberal bias was unacceptable for them. Remember M&N actually had a place within his site for “politics”

Also, remember that I started The Fifth Column (almost two years ago) because of the no politics rule.

At any rate, this is a “no rules” zone aka laissez faire zone. 🙂

Glix, I hope that clears up the confusion.

      Carry on guys…

    • Meesh says:

Howdy Glix…. I thought I bookmarked the site….but it was a thread…ut not the site…I’m a dumb Canuck..yeh so here I was worrying all about you guys, I saw Dennis and LTL…politely responding to my comments…when it dawned on me…KStreet had wisely re-posted… Doh!

      ((((((HUGS)))))))

  3. Dennis says:

    Kstreet,
I’m not sure that people are running out of comments so much as some of us are a little confused about where we are going. I sort of stumbled my way over here. Once folks get settled in to the spot it should take off.

  4. democratista says:

Sorry K…I hadn’t been commenting much at the other place either. I didn’t listen to him. I just can’t stand that voice.

One good thing about no one saying anything here….OBVIOUSLY, he doesn’t matter much. I think the good fight has been waged and at least for the time being there isn’t much of a battle. Maybe in the Fall? But I doubt it. He’s old news.

You can soon go on to just writing on the Fifth Column. I’ll try to remember to go over there.

  5. kstreet607 says:

You’re right Demo, he doesn’t matter much at all.

I’ll leave this site up, but my concentration will be on TFC. No one can say that I didn’t try to keep the Regulator tradition going. Anyway, thanks for your support.

    Carry on…

Might help posting if you had a link at the top of your website to this site? Hard to find link.

  9. RuhRoh says:

It’s been over a year since ANYTHING happened in the lawsuits in which LarTard is a defendant, yes?

  10. RuhRoh says:

    Huh, I’m in moderation.

I will take the not so subtle hint and just not post here in future.

I’m sorry that I have somehow offended you or the general community. Never meant to do so, but apparently have done so.

I’ll save us all the trouble and just move on.

    • kstreet607 says:

RuhRoh….no way have you offended me or anyone here. WordPress makes it so that on any new WP template, one will automatically go into moderation the first time they comment. I apologize but it’s a WordPress “thing”. You are always welcomed. RR, I can never forget the help you gvae me on so many occasions, when gathering facts about LardAss.

Thank you for all that you do, RR.

    • Meesh says:

Heh RuhRoh!…so nice to see you! ((((HUGS!)))))

  11. Dennis says:

    RuhRoh

The moderation thing is a quirk of the system. I have been in and out of moderation numerous times.

    Kstreet
Are we basically settled over here on this site? Just asking because I keep forgetting to bookmark the site and just spent the past several days trying to find my way back here (especially since Google keeps trying to insist that I am looking for Regulator Too Much Foam). Nice looking place. Can we move in now?

    • kstreet607 says:

Yes Dennis this is the site we will be commenting on and posting news, videos, etc.

The good news about the videos is that just like The Fifth Column site, one can just put the url in the reply box and voila! It’s there.

  12. LongTimeLurker says:

Anybody ever notice that Andrew Breitbart, with his manic madness, is very similar to Legion in many ways – including his fidgeting mannerisms and his propensity to wail while speaking?

Yeah, I’m glad we’re settled in too. I was posting all over the place. Also glad we still have a place to hang out and share info. Thanks, kstreet. Legion is still enough of a nut, and Obama’s presidency is enough of a novelty to keep me watching how all this unfolds. So, kstreet, I hope you maintain “Too” through the 2012 election. It’s right around the corner, you know.

    • kstreet607 says:

I noticed that about the time he manipulated the video of the woman who worked for the Dept. of Agriculture.

Every time I see Breitbart, Fatass comes to mind….yuck!

    • kstreet607 says:

LTL, that’s been the plan since Zen and Meesh ‘gifted’ me with The Regulator mantle.

I’m happy to oblige. I’ll carry on at least until January 20, 2013. 🙂

Although if Obama wins, I can almost predict with extreme accuracy that there will be a concerted effort among Sinclair, Breitbart, The Tea Party, et al to have him impeached on some trumped up grounds. They have been trying to invalidate Obama even before he was elected. So I have no doubt, that will be their Plan B and will go on way after his Presidency is over in 2016. Like I said on another site’s comment section, I have no doubt that some people will try for years to invalidate Obama’s presidency.

      • LongTimeLurker says:

Geesh, I hadn’t thought of that – an effort to push some kind of a post election impeachment or post presidency invalidation. I wouldn’t put it past them. Obama does seem to offend some of his critics’ most deeply felt notions. But do you really think there will be an ongoing effort to somehow invalidate his presidency even after he leaves office?

Such prospects could keep me around indefinitely – observing the undying animosity toward the nation’s 44th president.

  13. Dennis says:

    Kstreet
Here are my predictions: 1. Obama will win re-election. I base this one the basic fact that almost every time Obama has ran for office, the GOP has thrown against him the biggest nutcase they could find. How else can you explain the current GOP race? 2. Yes, they will try to find some grounds for impeachment. Heck, it will be the only thing they will have left. Will it work? No! Good grief, their impeachment of Bill Clinton only made the guy more popular.

    • LongTimeLurker says:

“Good grief, their impeachment of Bill Clinton only made the guy more popular.” How about that, Dennis! And Obama also has Michelle at his back!! I think even Republican women secretly like Michelle.

  14. kstreet607 says:

I found Gilli over at TFC reading this post:

    The Raw Story

Apparently Keith Olbermann isn’t the only person who thinks Andrew Breitbart’s recent attempt to smear the “Occupy” movement as serial rapists is a bit beyond the pale.Mediaite is reporting that actor Alec Baldwin took to Twitter today to excoriate the Big Government blogger and media provocateur, calling him a “festering boil on the anus of public discourse.”

The dust-up began when a Twitter user asked Baldwin’s opinion as to whether Breitbart was using the so-called “rape rant” as a smoke screen to distract public attention away from the Shirley Sherrod scandal. (Sherrod was a USDA employee whose career and reputation were impugned in a heavily doctored video that was first aired on Breitbart’s website.)

Baldwin replied to the query with the very descriptive phrase mentioned above, which prompted a great deal of back and forth between the 30 Rock star and Breitbart, as well as many of Breitbart’s and Baldwin’s fans. The actor threw in the towel around 2:00 pm, Tweeting, “OK, enough festering boils for this weekend.”

Interested readers can view screen grabs of the Twitter feeds and a detailed timeline at Mediaite.

She’ll be over when she can…

  15. Dennis says:

Now let’s be quite clear. Andrew Breitbart did not rape Shirley Sherrod. Instead, he simply defamed and libeled the woman’s extremely good name and career by using and promoting an outrageously doctored video that cruelly misrepresented what she was saying and what she stood for in a manner that soiled her name, ruined her career, and did an extreme disservice to a very fine public employee. In other words, he morally raped, killed, and pissed all over the woman (and did so – after a certain point – knowing that the tape was bogus) for no other reason than cheap and self-serving two-bit right wing nutter crap.

BTW, it is my understanding that most of the poor white farmers down South who were helped by Sherrod would be more than happy to take Mr. Breitbart back to the woodshed for a “discussion” about what he did. I can assure you that Mr. Breitbart doesn’t have the balls to meet with these guys.

    • kstreet607 says:

      LOL!!!!!

Nor does that creepy BFF Breitbart met at CPAC…LardAss himself. They are really separated at birth…Creepo and Creepola!

  16. Dennis says:

From the Huffington Post: Barack Obama

Evangelist Franklin Graham called President Barack Obama’s religious views into question on Tuesday, stating that he does not know for sure if Obama is a Christian.
    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/02/21/franklin-graham-obama_n_1290657.html

Yep, if this guy gets re-elected, he will be impeached for being the wrong sort of Christian. BTW, I thought the Constitution was a political document, not a theological tract. Silly me.

    • LongTimeLurker says:

      Yeah, I saw that too.

Personally I don’t know for sure if FRANKLIN GRAHAM is a Christian (not to mention the fact that there are very few people who I would rather have bite me than Franklin Graham and his dad Billy.) Growing up, I found Billy Graham to be a confusing and somewhat frightening figure. (Nobody talked about Franklin until Billy became too old to function well.) Billy Graham held claim to a unique and almost universal American reverence. But I sensed that he had little regard for me and my family and my neighbors. Nevertheless, since the media portrayed Billy Graham as a near demigod, his coolness towards the likes of me caused me to worry once upon a time (maybe ages 5 to 10 or so when I used to go to Sunday school and think about these things) whether my kind were as worthy of God’s love as Billy Graham’s kind.

I have come to conclude over the years that neither of those guys is particularly worthy of my esteem or any where near worthy of the media reverence they both receive.

    • kstreet607 says:

BTW, I thought the Constitution was a political document, not a theological tract. Silly me.

If I recall correctly, the Constitution clearly states that politicians should not have to undergo religious scrutiny in order to hold office:

      Wiki:

The No Religious Test Clause of the United States Constitution is found in Article VI, paragraph 3, and states that:

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.

      […]

The clause is cited by advocates of separation of church and state as an example of “original intent” of the Framers of the Constitution of avoiding any entanglement between church and state, or involving the government in any way as a determiner of religious beliefs or practices. This is significant because this clause represents the words of the original Framers, even prior to the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.

  17. gilligan25 says:

This is the 2nd time (at least) Franklin Graham has questioned Obama’s faith. I’m sure with Santorum (Mr. Opus Dei) and his aide triggered this last round of bullshit.

Funny thing, though–I’m old enough to remember the fears that a JFK presidency would be run by the Vatican….

    • kstreet607 says:

Funny thing, though–I’m old enough to remember the fears that a JFK presidency would be run by the Vatican….

I remember that as well, Gilligan.

I like your description of Rick Santorum, “Mr. Opus Dei”. So very appropriate for that religious zealot, aka CLOWN!

As for Franklin, he and Santorum and Newt Gingrich are really in position to stir up doubt, plant lies and pretty much just give the General Election independent voters just enough fodder to question many things about Obama.

I don’t know if anyone noticed this or not, but it’s been ten years since the SCOTUS has heard anything on “affirmative action”. Yet this election year, they’ve decided to hear a case. Now this might sound insignificant but to a person like me who doesn’t trust the “Republican Establishment” as far as I can throw, the idea that Obama benefited from affirmative action during his college days has been thrown out there a few times by Trump and Fox News, but nothing came of it.

With the SCOTUS bringing the issue to the forefront one can be sure that this will be another form of attack on Obama.

The Republican Establishment will let the “side show freaks” Santorum and Gingrich have their mud throwing season in hope that Independents will vote against Obama.

I suspect that all this backroom dealing just might backfire on the freak show known as the Republican Party.

In the end, I believe there will not be a “broker” convention. I honestly believe that it’s already a done deal for Romney to be the GOP nominee.

      • LongTimeLurker says:

I think you’re on to something, kstreet, regarding the Supreme Court looking at affirmative action this election season. I guess if Obama received the benefit of affirmative action, that’s proof positive he was given an undeserved presidency – rather than proof positive that affirmative action helps people to realize their potential.

I predict the Supreme Court will place major restrictions on what is presently described as “affirmative action.” But the timing of the fight will undermine Obama’s re-election chances and will have a very divisive effect on the country.

    • Meesh says:

Soooooo nice to see you again Gilli……………(((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))

  18. gilligan25 says:

    kstreet,

I never thought someone as extreme as Santorum would get this far, but this is a strange political year.

Yeah, I am wondering what in hell the Supremes–and THESE Supremes–are going to do with an affirmative action case.

    • LongTimeLurker says:

“Yeah, I am wondering what in hell the Supremes–and THESE Supremes–are going to do with an affirmative action case.”

Especially considering that Kagan has already recused herself from the affirmative action case.

  19. kstreet607 says:

Gilligan and LTL…the following article might just give us some insight into what could happen in terms of affirmative action.

My concern is if the SCOTUS deems AA unconstitutional…and it’s found that Obama benefited from AA, and LTL intimated this:

Would they have the nerve to try and get rid of Obama (if he wins) as ineligible?

BTW, Justice Elena Kagan is recusing herself because she worked with the DOJ on the last issue brought before the court 10 years ago. Dang!

    • LongTimeLurker says:

“My concern is if the SCOTUS deems AA unconstitutional…and it’s found that Obama benefited from AA, and LTL intimated this:
Would they have the nerve to try and get rid of Obama (if he wins) as ineligible?”

No I was speaking in jest. They couldn’t use that reasoning to overturn Obama’s election. But that reasoning could move the Supreme Court to find and articulate an official rationale for ending affirmative action in college admissions – supportable by a majority (easy in view of the Kagan recusal)

“BTW, Sotomeyer is recusing herself because she worked with the DOJ on the last issue brought before the court 10 years ago. Dang!”

I think you mean Kagan don’t you?.

    • LongTimeLurker says:

“Gilligan and LTL…the following article might just give us some insight into what could happen in terms of affirmative action.”

I guess only the nice people get to see the article.

    • kstreet607 says:

      Gilligan,

I truly believe there is nothing new in the “findings”. Arpiao is yet another right wing publicity hound. If the task was given to a credible neutral person to investigate, the credibility factor would rise exponentially.

But it’s only yet another clown in the long list of right-wing clowns, who has been charged (or volunteered) with the task of “clearing up” the birth certificate issue. I could have sworn Obama did that in late April of last year. Doh!

  20. democratista says:

Got to get ready for work…will read later, but I saw Gilligan posted so I just wanted to say HI GILLIGAN and good morning…..

    • LongTimeLurker says:

Good morning backatcha, democratista. Always a good idea to say “Hi” – even if you say nothing else. Maybe some of the other regular Regulator lurkers (try to say that fast) will follow your example.

Jack Black and badpoet gave us a shout a couple of days ago. It makes us all feel good – like when you are walking down the street and someone you know but didn’t see shouts out a “Hello demo” from a passing car. (I’m not counting all the wolf whistles and cat calls you receive.) 🙂

    • Meesh says:

WOW!!!! Ruthie too! (((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))) Keep in mind I have been posting on the wrong thread Major eye-roll…..Ah well.

  21. LongTimeLurker says:

Just saw Obama singing “Sweet Home Chicago”. Michelle was by his side with B.B. King and Mick Jagger (among others) on stage. And someone on stage insisted that Obama sing like he did with Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together”. So our boy does what he does – that measured, appropriate, thing – and sings just enough to have us begging for more while understanding that he’s trying to avoid the stereotype of being someone who would really rather sing. Michelle was there with him, laughing and seeming quite entertained, but giving me the impression I’m really missing out by not seeing her grab the mic and belt one out, her damn self!

Can you imagine the pressure they are under ALL the time they are in the public eye? They have to ALWAYS be careful to not go too far. They have to always watch themselves. I know if I were Obama, once I got back home I would definitely want to flex and talk trash and get real funky showing off for Michelle, at least. I’d have to get it out of my system.

  22. LongTimeLurker says:

Okay, my last entry for today: 🙂 🙂

    Today’s Joke

A 107-year-old man was asked by a television crew what was the secret of his longevity.

“It’s because I gave up sex” he said.

“When did you give up sex?” asked the reporter.

    “Fifteen years ago.”

“I see,” said the reporter. “And why did you give up sex?”

“I had to. I like older women”

  23. YankeeClipper says:

    Hi Kids,

Sorry I’ve been absent…had a little flare up of the MS but all is well now. Hope everyone is doing good. Good to see you too Gilligan! 🙂

Hey Dude! I’ve been wondering where you were. I figured you’d be back soon. Good to see you.

    • kstreet607 says:

It’s so good to see you YC!!! I was worried about you. Hope you’re feeling 100% better my friend.

      • YankeeClipper says:

Thanks LTL and KStreet. It’s that time of year when I have to readjust the temps in the house to maintain a healthy body temp….that means AIR CONDITIONING. Today’s high is 85, last night’s low was 73 degrees

        • kstreet607 says:

Whoaaa…that has to be a lot better than the freezing temps of Boston this time of year.

        • Meesh says:

Yes LTL, the hot muggy heat truly affects my friend….she is constantly comparing my HYDRO bills (hydro—->power) to hers throughout the summer months…we live in similar condos, actually we’re within the same corporation…but HOLY she has to pump the a/c constantly.

Once again, I hear ya….be well!

          • Meesh says:

Ooops not LTL… I was addressing Yankee..

But I did catch what you stated previously LTL about HIGH NOON… I prayed and I’m still praying.

Must get use to the format of this site….I am not really a blogger. Another (((eyeroll)))) forgive my spelling errors, grammatical ones too. Is there editing here? If so, I have not grasp that either.

            • LongTimeLurker says:

Thanks, Meesheemey, for your prayers. On the misery scale, I guess my troubles are relatively trivial. Besides, they are the result of my own choices. Nevertheless they are bugging the hell out of me. Our (my) time here is finite, and there is so much I still want to accomplish while I can.

So I am trying to be good and right and worthy of prayers.

    • Meesh says:

Howdy Yankee, hope you are feeling better…. I know too well about MS flareups, my best friend also has MS…..(not sure if I told you this) When she was in her early twenties living in Toronto on her own, established in a Legal practice…..she got violently ill… then she was diagnosed with MS. What a Major set- back for her, she had always been so independent. She had to move back here, where I live…a small town, next to her family and friends too.For that only reason , moving back..I was happy.
She struggles so,..at times yet hopes and fighting for a cure. MS relapses are one of the most frustrating areas of multiple sclerosis for her,..the scars (as she claims) leaves behind

I have accompanied her, and drove her to many experimental studies in some of our major teaching hospitals, where she volunteered to be a guinea pig throughout the years.. to no avail.

Anyway, I along with her…am praying for a cure ….I feel once they can isolate the gene…this will open the floodgate to many other ailments.

God bless you and my best friend Marg!

Advance Orders-Reservations Now Being Accepted For When One Man Stands
    February 22, 2012

    By Editor

Sinclair News is proud to announce the offering of 1000 signed/numbered advance copies of Larry Sinclair’s new book When One Man Stands to be shipped in June 2012, ninety days before the book goes on sale to the public on September 18, 2012.

In 2008 Larry Sinclair had over 500 pre-orders for a signed/numbered copy of his first book Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder? which is currently available in paperback from Sinclair News and Amazon Kindle. Learning from the 2008/2009 publication it has been decided that no more than 1000 copies of When One Man Stands will be made available prior to going on sale nationwide on September 18, 2012. These advance copies will be the only copies which Mr. Sinclair will personally sign and number. This much anticipated second book from Larry Sinclair

When One Man Stands is described as:

When one man stood up against the leader of the free world, Barack Obama, he had no idea what was about to come at him. This subsequent book is a detailed account of how for four-plus years, Larry Sinclair has continued to stand up against some of the most extraordinary attacks leveled from the highest echelon of the United States political system, including the office of the President of the United States. From the pressures which led to an attempt to end his own life (you will be taken into the most intimate details of that fateful night of September 27, 2010 when it was the work of Radio Host Jeff Rense and the United States Secret Service to locate him before he died), to regaining his will and determination to stand tall, this story will touch every one of the reader’s emotions from laughter, anger, sadness, and joy. This story will make you cringe at the extent to which politicians, political parties, political junkies, and individuals will go to attempt to destroy anyone who dares to stand and speak out against “The One.”

While all the details and events in this story are true, readers will at times find it difficult to believe at first, simply because they have never experienced anything like it in their lives. You will read firsthand accounts from individuals who first thought Larry was “nuts” and who say they would never have believed it had they not played witness to some of the most surprising actions undertaken by the US Government against an individual citizen. You will read how individuals and their children were harassed, attacked, and threatened, as well as how their employers and businesses were targeted for simply knowing and believing Larry Sinclair. Larry’s story will grab you and take you inside what it is like to be under such amazing pressure and yet still find the strength to stand tall.

From the constant federal investigations by the Social Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service to being ordered out of his car at gun point on August 7, 2010 by uniformed U.S. Secret Service Agents just two blocks from the White House for simply driving down Pennsylvania Ave, you will get a look at how an American citizen is treated for simply exercising his Constitutional right to Free Speech when the speech is contrary to what the powers in Washington, the thoroughly corrupt liberal media, and those currying favor from the political elite want you to hear.

Sinclair News – LS News Group has provided you with two options for securing your signed, numbered, advance copy of When One Man Stands for June 2012 ship date. You can place your order now paying in full or you can reserve your copy for a $5.00 deposit which will provide you with a reservation certificate stating the book number set aside for you. The $5.00 will be applied toward the purchase price and you will be billed for the balance prior to shipping your book in June 2012. Here’s the other one sorry I messed up your site KStreet…. now Dennis and LTL …I screwed up move up PLzzzzzz?

I love it…. FatAss keeps dragging in old Dense….

“From the pressures which led to an attempt to end his own life (you will be taken into the most intimate details of that fateful night of September 27, 2010 when it was the work of Radio Host Jeff Rense and the United States Secret Service to locate him before he died),”

As memory serves me, Dense was broadcasting his show…when FA called him live on air, drama queen hung up. Dense didn’t know what happened to FatAss…until Ma Barker told him all about it the next day. Just wondering, will Dense write something in this new book of lies? Stay tuned….

      • Dennis says:

OK, let me re-post this comment here since I’m not sure if the other thread is actually a thread or just a loose piece of string:
As I seem to recall, on the fateful night that Lardo took the peppermint tic tacs, Dense was busy on the phone trying to pump the event into a discussion with another guest. He wasn’t trying to save FatBoy, he was promoting his so-called suicide.

Of course, now that Dense and that other nutcase Henry Makow are having a massive blow out with each other (I’ve been sneaking a peek at Dense’s site) we can now learn all about his nine marriages, his extremely weird personal ads, the man’s sexual fixation on Dennis Kucinich’s wife, as well as the surprising amount of money he has stashed away (partly from his pet stores and tanning salons). Holy shit, he really is as nuts as FatBoy.

Added note: Basically I seem to recall that Dense was pretty much hoping for a fat bloated body as part of his never ending conspiracy theory for his advertising market.

    • Meesh says:

I sure hope the old tards that FA screwed over with advanced sales on the last roll of used toilet paper with advanced sales, do read this one. (Got to keep in mind we call them tards for a reason though…. Yep he managed to move three times or maybe four times, but NO BOOK…. stay in many hotels, and he bought an RV (crappy) no matter, a crappy car too… a crappy place to live in Florida, but NO BOOK, for nearly a year after the promised date.

      Gee Whiz I love tards!

    • LongTimeLurker says:

“When One Man Stands” … that’s hilarious. Legion, the manly macho super-hero … a manly man! A man who will stand! He stands up to adversity! He stands up to “extraordinary attacks from the highest echelon of the United States political system, including the office of the President of the United States!” What a man! He recovered “from the pressures which led to an attempt to end his own life (you will be taken into the most intimate details of that fateful night of September 27, 2010 when it was the work of Radio Host Jeff Rense and the United States Secret Service to locate him before he died)”. He regained “his will and determination to stand tall.” (He’s about 5’4″ – notice how often he mentions “standing tall”.)
Legion is a pathetic nutcase – an entertaining sideshow for those (such as I) who enjoy the assortment of perverse parasites attached to another historic upcoming American election.

  26. Meesh says:

Anyhoo nice to see my friends posting here…the last book review from NEON…where are you?

    • kstreet607 says:

Hahahaha Meesh! I’d forgotten about that…

      Yeah, Neon…where are u?

      • Meesh says:

        KStreet,

Nice to see many of the original posters here, sorry I have been posting on the wrong thread. I see John Reader is back posting as “Fred Stone” so nice to see you, yeh you’re alive, this means lot to me.

The American Politics are mean….whether you’re a Democrat or Republican or whatever… our goal was to eliminate the circus act that muddle the waters and that’s the SFB – lying piece of excrement SICKLIAR

        To everyone else KUDOS.

        • LongTimeLurker says:

Where is John Reader posting as “Fred Stone”?

          • LongTimeLurker says:

Never mind, I found it. (I had a long night.)

            • LongTimeLurker says:

I guess my question, now, to Meesheemey is how could you tell that Fred Stone is John Reader? I could understand it if you were kstreet, operating the site and looking at the origins of the posts. But how can YOU tell from where you are?

        • LongTimeLurker says:

          You are so right Meesheemey.

American Politics are mean. Americans have meanness in our DNA. And the upcoming election is quite illustrative of the American mean gene. I must admit, it’s with a mixture of respect and fascination that I watch how you, a foreigner, have become deeply engaged in America’s politics. I say smart, sophisticated lady!. The world has never seen anything like this election before. And I do not see another Barack and Michelle Obama anywhere else on America’s horizon.

I say we’d better enjoy it and even “get jiggy wit’ it” while we can.

          • Meesh says:

I recognize the writings…of our John Reader, I read enough of his enjoyable comments throughout the years. I sure hope it’s him! If not, forgive me Mr Stone.

          • Meesh says:

Well, your politics in the USA are mean….because your elections go on MUCH longer than here in Canada….Kind of boring here too…Zzzzzzzzzz

It’s 36 days or up to 60 days that’s it over here…..they have less than 2 months to bash each other over the head. I cannot recall any election season here in Canada going over than a month.

            From wiki….
” In practice, the Prime Minister will generally keep a campaign as brief as is legal and/or feasible, because spending by parties is strictly limited by the Elections Act, a law which contains no provisions that would allow for increased spending in a lengthy campaign. The 1997, 2000 and 2004 elections were all of the minimum 36 days in length which has led to a common misconception that elections must be 36 days long. However, prior to 1997, elections averaged much longer: aside from the 47 day campaign for the 1993 election, the shortest election period after World War II was 57 days and many were over 60 days in length.”

        • gilligan25 says:

          Meesh,

IIRC, the last time he did “advance sales” of the pamphlet, poor Maxine ate beef tenderloin, but no book showed up for at least a year, when one of his supporters came down to Florida and wrote the damn thing for him.

          • LongTimeLurker says:

That seems like a long time ago – especially considering Legion’s new digs. But it’s only the drama and intrigue of what might happen come the 2012 election that has fed any continued interest or life in Legion. After Obama wins in 2012 by a landslide, all the people who opposed Obama will be lumped together as “right wing racist freaks”. Legion’s site will go into oblivion. And people will be embarrassed to say they voted for the other guy.

            Stay tuned.

          • Meesh says:

            Gilli,

You are right….he and Maxine were eating the book revenues, so to speak…while Brenda-tard and other tards were crying for that piece of crap that he called a BOOK…to finally arrive.

  27. kstreet607 says:

OMG! LTL, you’ve been a busy little poster. Glad to see you’re keeping a conversation going.

Meesh, I had no idea who Fred Stone was but his link sounded interesting and apropos for this site. I just wasn’t clear on what website he wanted me to post the link to THIS site on. I operate three sites now, “Fred”.

Meesh, it doesn’t matter where you post on this site, as long as we get to see our one and only Meesh from time to time. We love you young lady!

Advanced sales for LardAss means bad news for his buyers. Advanced banana nut bread sales…I know there were other “advanced sales” that wielded the same results…the “suckers” were shammed out of their money…can anyone remember more “advanced sales” that LardAss conducted?

Judge Refuses to Block NBA & City of Orlando From Erecting Fence
    February 21, 2012
    By Lawrence Sinclair

While Barack Obama plans to attend an NBA All-Star fundraiser in Orlando on Thursday at Dallas Maverick star Vince Caters home, those Orlando small businesses who the NBA and the City of Orlando has decided to fence out of the All-Star event were handed a set back by an Orlando Judge today. The NBA has been given authority by the City of Orlando to erect an 8 foot fence around the tax payer funded Amway Center in efforts to provide high profile celebrities and All-Star game attendees protection from the lowly Orlando common folk. In erecting this fence the NBA and City of Orlando will directly and adversely affect the local business across the street from the Amway Center from being able to offer services to the All-Star attendees. Today Judge Alice Blackwell denied Church Street Businesses an injunction halting the fence from being erected. See story below from the Orlando Sentinel.

    By Scott Powers, Orlando Sentinel

    10:31 p.m. EST, February 23, 2012
President Barack Obama came to the Isleworth mansion of NBA player Vince Carter on Thursday night to talk with basketball stars and a handful of others who could afford the $30,000 ticket about his campaign theme of fairness in America.

Obama told the gathering of 70 people — dining on Carter’s personal, indoor basketball court — that he believes “we have weathered the worst of the storm” of a bad economy, but that people everywhere are still hurting.

“Obviously, those here, we’ve been blessed,” Obama said. “But one of the great things about America and one of the great things about professional sports is we’ve all got cousins, uncles, family members, who are still struggling. And we are reminded we have a lot more work to do.”

In addition to Daytona Beach native Carter — a former Orlando Magic player and current member of the Dallas Mavericks — the crowd included Steve Smith of the Atlanta Hawks and Chris Paul of the Los Angeles Clippers, as well as NBA Commissioner David Stern and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, plus former NBA stars Magic Johnson and Alonzo Mourning.

A new Harris Poll out today finds that conservative shock jock Rush Limbaugh is America’s “least favorite” news personality, with 46 percent of respondents picking him for the dubious honor. Runners-up Bill O’Reilly and Nancy Grace come in a distant second and third, at 31 percent and 23 percent, respectively. But more interestingly, Limbaugh is universally disliked. He is the only person whom Democrats, Independents, and Republicans alike chose as among their top three their least favorite people. (HT: Dylan Byers)

Hmmm, I guess the Sickliar Noise Grape wasn’t included in the poll; Surely the Noise Grape would have beat Limbarf hands down.

I’m really looking forward to the Michigan primary tomorrow (today). It will make or break either nasty Santorum or upper class Mittens as the Republican candidate.

    • LongTimeLurker says:

I had heard something very briefly on the radio about the robocall shenanigans. But that article lays it out. Thanks for posting it.

I guess if Mittens loses Michigan he will blame Operation Hilarity and nasty Santorum’s dirty tricks. If nasty Santorum loses, I guess he’ll blame upper class Mittens’s money.

Adding a little reality to the American dream:

    Today’s Joke

A young man asked an old rich man how he made his money.

The old guy fingered his worsted wool vest and said, “Well, son, it was 1932. The depth of the Great Depression. I was down to my last nickel.”

“I invested that nickel in an apple. I spent the entire day polishing the apple and, at the end of the day, I sold the apple for ten cents.”

“The next morning, I invested those ten cents in two apples. I spent the entire day polishing them and sold them at 5:00 pm for 20 cents. I continued this system for a month, by the end of which I’d accumulated a fortune of $1.37.”

“Then my wife’s father died and left us two million dollars.”

  61. Dennis says:

Lardo’s new hot scoop: Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner was arrested by the NYPD on Feb 24. OK, this is actually an urban folktale making the rounds of nutter sites and gee gosh golly, Geithner doesn’t appear to have even been in NY on the date in question (some bs story about official duties in Washington followed by a trip to Mexico etc etc) and of course there is the slight sticky issue that the NYPD can’t really just pop in and cuff the Secretary of the Treasury without haven’t to go through the Secret Service, the Justice Department, the White House and various other agencies and oh sure, not only would the situation become a major federal circus but would be noticed by the mainstream press (and even the New York Post). Oh, and the email LardAss sent to someone at the Treasury Department is such a “Has Geithner stopped beating is wife?” type of deal that I can see why they are more focused on asking him to send his references as to why he is even making this claim (oh, did I mention that it is another one of those mysterious “phone calls”).

But by gawd he’s got a scoop and will ride this one until the aliens land on the White House lawn.

    • LongTimeLurker says:

You can tell that Legion has a tiny boner over this one.

Was Geitner sucking dick? Smoking crack? Clickety clack?

    • gilligan25 says:

I bet FatBoy has a woodie the size and shape of a golf pencil (as big as his teenie weinie gets) over Geitner….but only an email? No taped phone calls? He disappoints. Again.

      • LongTimeLurker says:

        Ah shucks.

So now I know women make fun of guys’ penises. I don’t know why they are usually so covert about it – probably that innate reluctance to hurt anybody’s feelings. But gilligan has let the cat out of the bag! You’ve either got something to be proud of or to be ashamed of. Face it. Man up to it.

      • Dennis says:

        Gilligan,
A golf ball pencil? Honey, are you trying to put me off of my putt putt? Nice to see you back in the saddle.

Outside Looking in for FOUR Years……..

I am a pilot and work my ass off, I have VALUES that stand for somthing important.
The thing WE Canadians stand for is never to be taken it up the ass by a politician…..simply said, and to date have never done to the extent of the EMPIRE (usa )has taken it ..look at you ..you spend BILLLIONS and BILLIONS on war yet you are losing your homes and healthcare ,jobs…..Tearing familys apart ,wrecking your familys future..do you care?????your citys -palm spring, las vegas are holes now ,.we rented a 4000 sq foot mansion for 2 weeks for 1000US..good value

My fellow pilot Bobby first met your military in a joint venture on Kosovo, he trained americans on AWACS and many other aircraft,he also spent alot of time with american Airforce marines etc.he went on to fly #9 spot in the canadian snowbirds for 3 years..Bobby told me once that american Military dont care about peace,,its been ingrained to them for war ..IE ohh my whole family has served for 100 years (Wow big fucking deal war mongers)
Americans acording to bobby frequently (in social settings and on manuvers talked of war and the need for more of it as well as destroying certain countrys……REAL FUCKING NICE military education ..no?
Bobby had a golden deal with the US military …..he simply told them to have a nice day ,he is back in canada as a test pilot for bombardier and we fly togeather regularly

So My Point …how come I have never seen ANY discontent in 4 years about your government and how you are being raped , yet you complain hardcore about a fucking mental patient who means nothing .your country is nothing more than a military machine.who lets it core people fail—–The real workers

    Rant off

    • Dennis says:

OK, maybe he has a point. But our military gives lots of people free trips to many exotic locations. Not really any place you would want to go, but they will send you there.

    • LongTimeLurker says:

I agree, dude. I spoke out about it some time ago when I told the story of how my father, a disillusioned WWII Army Lieutenant, talked me out of joining the military. If I recall correctly, I offended some people.

But, as I said earlier, Americans have a mean gene. Conquest, extermination and subjugation are in our DNA. We do it just to kill time.

      • LongTimeLurker says:

“Conquest, extermination and subjugation are in our DNA.”

Also arrests – Americans REALLY like to arrest people.

    • LongTimeLurker says:

And I’m extremely disappointed in Barack Obama for perpetuating it. But where are the alternatives? Any anti-war candidate gets immediately dismissed as an oddity. Look at Ron Paul, for example (although I have problems with him too, but certainly not on the subject of war.)

Mr. Sinclair is pleased with the ruling of the Court, was confident in his Motion to Dismiss and while he clearly expects Daniel Parisi, Whitehouse.com, Inc.; Whitehouse Networks LLC and Whitehouse Communications Inc. to appeal the Courts dismissal based on their appeals of the Courts previous dismissals, he is confident that the ruling of the US District Court will stand.

Sinclair has all the case information and news located at http://www.LarrySinclair.net for those who are not familiar with the case. Despite defending himself against one of Washington’s most powerful and largest Lobbying Law Firms, Sinclair is please with the outcome.

It will only be a matter of time now before Legion proclaims the dismissal to be proof positive that Judge Leon believes Legion is telling the truth about his encounters with the president. But that’s not what the Opinion says at all. The Opinion merely states that since Parisi is “a limited public figure” (which means someone who is in the public spotlight enough to protect his/her own reputation by simply saying publicly that the defamatory statements are not true), Parisi needs to show actual malice on Legion’s part when he made the alleged defamatory statements. The judge concluded that because Legion made some attempt to confront Parisi about the statements of the “anonymous tipster” which Parisi later claimed to be defamatory, Parisi could not claim Legion made the statements with actual malice. Judge Leon also ruled that the harms Parisi allegedly suffered as a result of Legion’s defamatory statements were actually suffered before Legion made the statements.

But Legion will try to say Judge Leon dismissed Parisi’s defamation complaint against Legion because the statements in question were true.
